Order Processing & Build Time

All orders placed with us are custom PC builds and are prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, orders are not pre-built or pre-stocked.

  • After an order is placed, components are sourced and procured from suppliers.

  • Procurement and build time typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on component availability, supplier processing times, and order complexity.

  • Once all components are received, your PC is assembled, tested, and prepared for shipment.

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, inventory availability, or order complexity.

Shipping Time (Domestic Only)

Once your order has completed processing and is ready to ship:

  • Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier delays, destination, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. We ship using reliable carriers appropriate for high-value electronic equipment.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier or manufacturer delays

  • Carrier delays or weather conditions

  • High order volume or holidays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at ajbuilds.shop@gmail.com so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
