• Non-Refundable: This is a professional consultation service fee and is not refundable.

• Digital Service Only: No physical products are shipped with this consultation. If you move forward with a full PC build, the $99 fee will be credited toward your final build cost.

Cancellation Policy:
All custom PC orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Any order that is canceled after placement is subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total order value, which will be retained to cover time, labor, administrative handling, and procurement costs. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method after cancellation processing is complete. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
