By charging a small upfront fee, I can focus on delivering a reliable, high-performance system designed specifically for you, while working only with clients who are serious about moving forward.
Custom PC Order & Cancellation Policy
We provide fully customized PC systems built to each customer’s exact specifications, using high-quality components and professional assembly standards to deliver optimal power, performance, and long-term reliability. Because every system is built to order, pricing may vary based on current market conditions, component availability, and the customer’s selected performance requirements and budget.
Order Processing & Cancellation Policy
All custom PC orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Component sourcing, build scheduling, inventory allocation, and configuration preparation begin shortly after an order is placed.
If a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been placed, the order will be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total order value. This fee is retained to cover time invested, labor planning, administrative handling, payment processing fees, and component procurement costs.
Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method once cancellation processing has been completed.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation structure.
No Cancellation Policy After Build Completion
Once a custom PC has been fully assembled, configured, stress-tested, quality-checked, and marked as complete, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
At this stage, substantial labor, technical configuration, performance validation, and non-recoverable component costs have already been incurred. Custom systems are built specifically to individual customer specifications and cannot be restocked, repurposed, or resold as new inventory.
For this reason, cancellation requests will not be accepted after build completion. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, delayed customer response, financing issues, or payment disputes. Refusal to accept delivery or failure to coordinate shipment does not constitute a valid cancellation.
Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated after build completion will be formally contested with documented proof of completed work, build records, communication history, and policy acknowledgment at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once a system has been completed and prepared for shipment or local delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring timely communication regarding shipping confirmation, address verification, and delivery coordination.
Failure to respond to shipping notifications, refusal of delivery, or inability to receive the package does not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Liability & Warranty Limitations
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or transportation of the system after delivery has been successfully completed.
Any upgrades, part swaps, overclocking changes, or internal modifications performed by the customer or a third party may void warranty eligibility and technical support coverage.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing a custom-built PC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the system is made-to-order, cancellation terms apply as outlined above, delivery coordination is the customer’s responsibility, and improper handling or modification after delivery may affect warranty coverage and support eligibility.
