Custom PC Order & Cancellation Policy

We provide fully customized PC systems built to each customer’s exact specifications, using high-quality components and professional assembly standards to deliver optimal power, performance, and long-term reliability. Because every system is built to order, pricing may vary based on current market conditions, component availability, and the customer’s selected performance requirements and budget.

Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

All custom PC orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Component sourcing, build scheduling, inventory allocation, and configuration preparation begin shortly after an order is placed.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been placed, the order will be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total order value. This fee is retained to cover time invested, labor planning, administrative handling, payment processing fees, and component procurement costs.

Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method once cancellation processing has been completed.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation structure.

No Cancellation Policy After Build Completion

Once a custom PC has been fully assembled, configured, stress-tested, quality-checked, and marked as complete, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

At this stage, substantial labor, technical configuration, performance validation, and non-recoverable component costs have already been incurred. Custom systems are built specifically to individual customer specifications and cannot be restocked or resold as new inventory.

For this reason, cancellation requests will not be accepted after build completion. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, delayed customer response, financing issues, or payment disputes. Refusal to accept delivery or failure to coordinate shipment does not constitute a valid cancellation.

Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated after build completion will be formally contested with documented proof of completed work, build records, communication history, and policy acknowledgment at the time of purchase.

Custom Water-Cooled PC Shipping & Setup Policy

To protect system integrity during transit, all custom water-cooled PCs are shipped with the cooling loop fully drained and without coolant inside the system.

Shipping carriers may handle packages in ways that are outside of our control, including impact, vibration, pressure changes, and orientation shifts. Transporting a system with coolant inside the loop significantly increases the risk of leaks, hardware damage, pump failure, and system malfunction. For safety and reliability, all water-cooled systems are shipped in a dry loop condition.

Customer Setup Responsibility

Upon delivery, the customer is fully responsible for properly filling, bleeding, and preparing the cooling loop before powering on the system.

If the customer is unsure how to safely complete this process, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us for guidance before attempting setup or powering on the PC. Setup assistance and instructions are available upon request.

Customers must reach out within 48 hours of delivery if setup assistance is needed.

Liability & Warranty Limitations

We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect loop filling or bleeding performed by the customer, powering on the system before the loop has been properly filled, leaks or component failure caused by improper setup or user error, shipping or transport occurring after delivery to the customer, or any modification, refill, or servicing of the loop performed independently by the customer.

Failure to follow proper setup procedures or failure to request assistance when needed may void warranty eligibility and technical support coverage.

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing a custom water-cooled PC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the system will arrive with a dry cooling loop, proper setup is required before first power-on, communication is required if assistance is needed, and damage resulting from improper setup may not be covered under warranty.
